Terri + Bryon

Ah, there is something refreshing about young love...(sigh).
I just love taking pictures of engaged/newlyweds, mainly because I am a big cheese ball and I love to capture the emotion in young love.
We had a blast with Terri and Bryon last week when we met to take their engagement shots! What a fun couple. Bryon was so caring and sweet! They didn't even have to fake the cheese! Ha! It reminded me of just how smitten I was am with Mr. Pirtle.

Thanks, Terri and Bryon for spending a little bit of your evening with us. We wish you all the best and years and years of happiness together!

The Cantu family...

Meet the Cantu family!
We were so excited when Roni contacted us for a family session last week! We had a blast with Roni & Jonathan's 3 year old son, Isaac. I don't know, but I think he is the cutest little thing! Maybe I am a little biased because Isaac is one of my top little boy names. He was a hoot; he kept us all on our toes!

Here are some of our favorites from the evening...

So, Isaac's favorite thing at the moment is trains...his momma wanted to make sure that we got some pictures at the train depot. All we had to do was mention the word train and he got so excited.
Seriously, look at that little smile!

Such a big boy...

This is us using our "super-sonic" hearing to listen for the trains...

Finally, we saw a train in the distance! I think this picture will be on of my favorites for a long time. Isn't he adorable?!?

Oh, Isaac. You are just the cutest thing. I am glad that we became good friends! We had such a fun time looking at the "mad face" and "down lights" with you!

Roni, your family is adorable! Thanks for letting us capture this time for you!

Meet the Dye family...again.

Oh, we love this beautiful little family. Chris went to law school with David while Amanda helped me deal with the stressors of being a law school widow!
What a fun time! It was so nice to see them again! Liam is just a few weeks older than our little Eli, and just as cute, if I do say so myself. You can see their family pictures that we took last year here.

Our goal for their shoot was to take as many family pictures as we could. Chris and I have a ton of cute pictures of Eli, but few of the three of us together. We wanted to make sure that they would have a ton of great family shots to choose from! Here are our favorites!

Isn't Liam a doll? What a cute little smile!

Some little boy loves his momma...

Oh, that little grin!

So, so fun! Thanks David & Amanda for letting us take some pictures for you! Hope you love them!

Meet the Furner family!

Oh. My. Goodness.
I can not get over this little cutie!
We were so pleased to meet with little Alaina, her parents and grandmother this morning.
Zhan e-mailed to see if we could squeeze in a quick photo shoot this weekend before her mother leaves the states on Monday. Alaina's grandmother has been taking care of her for the last year but now she has to go back home.
We are so happy that we were able to meet with them and take some pictures; Alaina will grow so much before she gets to see her grandmother again! I also edited a lot today because I wanted to make sure that grandma got a chance to see the pictures before she begins her 30 hour flight home Monday.

Aren't they a beautiful family?

Oh, this little angel melted our hearts this morning! What a little sweetie!

So, so precious...

Thank you, Furner family for choosing us to document this special time for little Alaina!
